Yes. Each plan has a defined scope and a fixed price. If scope changes during the engagement, we discuss a change order before doing the work — never a surprise invoice.
Reach out. We regularly scope custom engagements for teams with specific needs — multi-product ecosystems, ongoing design partnerships, or international expansions. We'll propose a custom quote within 48 hours of our first call.
All engagements are split into two payments — 50% on project kickoff and 50% on final delivery. Premium engagements can be split into milestone-based payments for teams that prefer that structure.
If you're not satisfied with the initial research and strategy phase, you can exit the engagement with a full refund of the remaining work. Details are covered in our engagement agreement before you sign.
Starter: 1–2 weeks. Product Elevation: 3–4 weeks. Premium: 5–6 weeks. Timelines assume prompt feedback during revision rounds.
